East Coast Spike Champions

We had another baseball tournament this past weekend in Brunswick GA. The tournament began at 9:30 Saturday morning and lasted till the early hours of Sunday morning!! We started at 9:30a.m. played 3 games won all 3!!! The Championship game was suppose to begin at 10:30p.m., but we got started at 12:45a.m. Sunday morning, and got home around 3:30a.m. Sunday morning! We were behind in the championship game 1-3 in the 5th inning, and time was running out. Wil was up to bat 2 boys on base, Wil hit a line drive to the fence and got 2 RBIs that tied the game!! After Wil hit that, everybody got up to bat and had hits we went through the batting order twice. We won 16 to 3, with only 1 out, and the other team called game over!! We will be playing again this weekend in Lexington , SC!! Lots of Love to you all!

Easter Weekend

We had a wonderful Easter weekend and hope you all did the same. We were blessed to celebrate 2 wonderful events in one weekend. We celebrated the resurrection of Jesus Christ, and got to celebrate a beautiful wedding between our cousin Megan, and her now husband, Scott! We were also blessed to be surround by friends and family all in town to help celebrate the wedding. We enjoyed having James, Pam, and Emma stay with us, and also enjoyed having Chad Arnold(cousin) staying with us!! April Showers Baseball Tournament

We had another baseball tournament last weekend in Statesboro. The East Coast Spikes have been moved up in ranking/class from a AA team to a AAA team, we are very proud of the team! Wil hit another homerun at this tournament, and we placed 3rd in this tournament. I will have a lot more pictures to share in the coming weeks. East Coast Spikes play in Savannah next weekend, Brunswick the following, and then the first weekend in May we are in Lexington SC, so I will keep you all posted. Lots of Love!

Leah at Madison's 7th birthday!

Last Friday after school a girl in Leah's class, Madison, celebrated her 7th birthday with an Alice in Wonderland birthday party. It was so cute, the girls had a tea party, tape the smile on Chester the cat, and had an Easter egg hunt. The girls could all dress-up as their favorite fairy, princess, or whatever they wanted to be. Leah chose Alice, but we just worked with a blue dress we had, so we got as close to Alice as we could! Madison's dad was dressed up as the mad hatter, and her mom was dressed as the queen of hearts. Just wanted to share a couple of the pictures. I hope everyone is doing good, Lots of Love!!

Surf & Turf Baseball Bash ~ Brunswick, GA

All I can say about this baseball tournament is, WOW!! Our team the, EAST COAST SPIKES, did an outstanding job this tournament! The tournament started Saturday, and we played at 10:00 & 12:00 winning both games! Sunday our games started at 10:00 we won that game, and then we played at 2:00 losing by 2, played at 4:30 won that game, and then played again at 7:00 last night and losing the Championship by 1!! It was an awesome weekend, you just had to be there to understand! We scored 58 points total this weekend, and only allowed 18 runs all weekend. Wil pitched 3 innings on Saturday and had 5 strike-outs! Wil also hit not 1, 2, or 3 homeruns, but 4 HOMERUNS this weekend! We also had 5 other team members that hit homeruns! A sibling of one of the players on our team, predicted Saturday morning that Wil would hit 4 homeruns, isn't that crazy....Well I just wanted to share this great news with everyone, I hope those of you that are able will have a chance to come out and see the East Coast Spikes this season! Daufuskie Island Trip

Hey Everyone! We took a short weekend trip to Daufuskie Island last weekend with Brian and Paige Fulford, LeAnn Dorminey and all the children. We went as a early celebration of Will and Brian's birthdays!! We had a wonderful time, the little kids loved the ferry more than anything. For those of you that aren't familiar with Daufuskie Island it is in SC, and you have to catch a ferry from Hilton Head or Savannah to get there. Wil took, Chase, a friend from school with him. Brian and Will got to play golf on Saturday, and said the course was beautiful. We had a great, relaxing, and fun weekend, can't wait to go back! However, we will not be going back soon, because baseball tournaments are in full swing. We will be at baseball tournaments for the next 3 weekends in Brunswick, Brunswick, and Statesboro. We do get a break for Easter than it is back to ball, so I am sure I will have plenty of pictures to share. Leah should be doing her end of the year show for gymnastics soon so I will share pictures when it happens. I hope everyone is doing well, and hope to see you all soon! Lots of Love!

Spring is Here!

These are just a couple pictures I took of Jack today while we were outside enjoying this beautiful weather! Jack thinks once it is a little bit warm it is time to play in the sprinklers, so since it was 82 here I turned them on! Hope everyone is doing good!
