Sub-State Tournament

The East Coast Spikes just finished their tournament to qualify to play in the state tournament, and we came home CHAMPIONS!! The boys played awesome!! Wil had some great hits, and plays during the game. Wil had one homerun this tournament which I missed my picture of, because I was pitching Jack baseballs. He also had a couple of line drives all the way down 3rd base line. Wil had a play in right field that even the umpire was amazed by. Wil caught a pop-up, and the other team had one of their fastest runners that was already on base rounding third to home, and Wil gunned it from right field to catcher and got the guy out there also, it was truly a must see!! The umpire came over to our coaches to ask how they found an arm like that on a 12 year old, and told Wil how awesome of a throw that was!! Wil also did an amazing job catching 9 innings in Saturdays games by making throws to 2nd and getting guys out trying to steal!! Job well done!!

So, we are headed to State, June 25-28 in Stockbridge Georgia!! Final score, 14 to 5!!

Wil + weekend = baseball tournament

These are a couple pictures from The Firecracker Classic baseball tournament last weekend! We go this weekend to sub-states so I will post some pictures from this weekend later.

NO Training Wheels

Ok, so Mrs. Sue told me a couple weeks ago that soon Jack would want his training wheels off his bike...how did she know?????

Jack has not even showed intrest in riding his "big" boy bike until a week ago, rode it about 2 days, and wanted those little wheels off. We can thank his daddy for this, because Jack seems to follow in the same path of his daddy who also had his training wheels off at 3...oh no I am in for an exciting next several years!

So here are a couple pictures of Jack and his daddy practicing, as Jack says, and don't worry when he falls he just wants to get up and show us the trick again!!

I hope everyone is doing well, Lots of Love!!
